Last year, when I was diagnosed with Bells Palsy, numerous doctors and specialists told me that there was nothing to be done but wait it out. And that the waiting period would be measured in months.
Determined to address the challenge head on, I went to see Annika. She prescribed treatments twice a week where I immediately had noticeable progress in facial movements and my headaches were drastically lessened. After a month, my symptoms were completely gone! Thankfully, I was completely palsy free and could smile for pictures at my wedding reception!
I am currently pregnant, have seen Annika throughout, and I have felt amazing! I had a bout of back pain where I had trouble walking at week 20 that was taken care of with increased treatments. I'm now full term (and much larger!) and have had no pain at all.
Not only do I know my appointments with Annika are good for my body, but I find it to be a time where I can also regroup mentally and leave refreshed and ready to roll.

I have suffered from Endometriosis for almost 20 years. I was diagnosed 8 years after symptoms presented. I have had 3 surgeries and been on and off hormones (such as birth control pills) and prescription pain meds to attempt to manage the symptoms of Endometriosis. I primarily suffer from extreme bouts of pain but also have IB issues related to Endometriosis. My Endometriosis specialist referred me to Annika and I had heard of her from others with Endometriosis. I admit I was skeptical but I was in such need of help I was willing to try it out. Annika's work has extended my time between surgery 4 fold so far. My 3rd (and most recent) surgery is going on 4 years of relief where the other 2 only lasted 1 year each. While working with her I've had times where my Endometriosis symptoms have been non-existant and been able to enjoy some limited time off all prescriptions (hormone and pain pills). Recently I had a terrible bout of Endometriosis pain and IB issues that lasted days and kept me home from work barely able to leave the couch. On the 3rd day I saw Annika last minute and within 4 hours of treatment my pain had subsided so much that I could finally sleep and was able to work a full day the next day. I don't pretend to understand how or why it works but I know unequivocally that with Annika's acupuncture and herbs my quality of life is vastly improved and my disease is manageable.

I was diagnose with Ankylosing Spondylitis in 2002. It is an arthritic condition/autoimmune.
